These sequence cards are designed to serve as an aid to those wishing to use Iyengar Yoga as a complimentary therapy to address specific conditions in a home practice. Designed by senior Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers, the sequences demonstrate the use of props with photos and brief descriptions as well as suggested durations for holding each asana.

• Hip Replacement: Three double-sided, 8.5″ x 14″ laminated cards. The first card has a sequence to use before surgery, the second card is for immediately after surgery, and the third is for continuing practice post surgery.
• Diabetes: One double-sided, 8.5″ x 14″ laminated card
• Breast Cancer:Two double-sided, 8.5″ x 14″ laminated cards. One card has a sequence to use during breast cancer treatment and the second card for after breast cancer treatment.
