Yoga for Excessive Tension, High Blood Pressure, and Stressful Times with John Schumacher

$60.00

Description

The worries of modern life can create a variety of physical,
emotional, and mental problems. HBP is considered the “silent
killer”; as it typically has few symptoms. Nearly half of the adult
population is estimated to suffer from HBP.

This workshop is for anyone who currently feels stressed out. For
teachers, integrating the principals of working with HBP in your
classes will help students feel the potency and effectiveness of this work.  We will
examine and explore different asanas and sequences, including
pranayamas and pratyahara, for dealing with HBP.
